No way was Iwobi going to be announced before 11. The narrative was always going to be "we tried, but everything happened so late. What could we do?"

Because the fans will demand signings in January window, we already used 1 domestic and 1 international loans, so we still have 2 loans we can make this season, most probably will use them in January

We could be 10 points behind 17th at that point ant its too late. Get the players in and the points on the board ASAP. You don't think of January when you've had 3 months in the summer to improve your squad
