Summer transfer window 2023

Everyone's available for a price, and 50 Mil would be good business.

Using that 50 Mil wisely is the bit that bothers me more than losing Pickford. Hopefully now Dyche is here we can start making less transfer mistakes.
If we are going to sell Pickford it also can't drag on all summer, that's important. There are only so many goalkeepers out there good enough to come in so we can't let them all get snapped up. I'd be asking 60 and settling in the middle, but if it needs to be done do it quickly.

A lot of names been banded about here , a lot I’ve never heard off and then I start to google them and in my mind I say yea he’d do a turn for us etc etc or he wouldn’t but what pull would Dyche have in attracting players . He comes across as he’d only attract English based players . Onanna has said it was because of Lampard that he came last year . I’d Dyche was in charge would Onanna have come ? I’d have my doubts . I think we will have a tough difficult window and as much as Dyche did a great job when he came in I just hope he can attract players he feels would suit us
Agents are insane if they let managers of mid/bottom of the table sides sweet talk their players. Americans joining Leeds had a nightmare when they binned off their American manager and got relegated, players joining Southampton because we didn’t really have a manager in Jan now desperate to escape. Onana wanted for play for a midfield legend that should have been binned off before Xmas and then his own form plummeted since Jan. Managers are the most disposable people in the club because they get paid off when sacked so it can be done in 10 minutes and everyone walks away. Would take weeks of HR meetings to sack a Finch Farm grounds man for urinating in the canteen.

50 mill plus Henderson as a minimum. I get this feeling were actually going to need a July 1 sale again though so wouldn't be shocked if we sell
We don't. The sales of Gordon and Kean have more or less balanced the books for this year, don't think we're under anything like the same pressure as last year. If anything I'd think a sale after July 1 to make a start on balancing next year's accounts might be preferable.

All the same things were said before those sales in that we wouldn't be in any danger and then we got charged anyway. I don't think a single person at the club has a grasp on the situation
