Bemused he didn't play more at Leeds in the run in given in winter he was generally their only bright spot.

Still got flaws but he's only what 20 and full international with so much pace so loads to work on.

From what I saw he's best on the left cutting in so I'd rather get someone in on the right to properly replace Gordon and leave McNeill to that side.

We need like 6 players

There's enough to start the season with currently but bench would be very lightweight/full of kids and defenders.

When did McNeill sign last summer. Of course had to fastrack Richi sale by July 1st to satisfy the FFP rules but pretty sure they'll be 2-3 signings by middle of July.

If not then yes start worrying as then you get very close to start of the season.

I agree, Harrison would represent a more practical choice than Gnonto. Seems like he's more "ready" for the job at hand, as you've alluded.

And he'd also represent the choice where we never stop fighting relegation

Leeds were comfortably mid-table last season (12th to be precise) on goals scored. I don't see the issue in wanting their attackers when we were 19th.

He's not elevating us on his own to any great extent and he's also not getting better. So we stay where we are and in 3 years we're again looking for someone to do his job. The cycle repeats. We have to break the cycle of mediocrity before we go down.
