We are in so much trouble, Doucoure final 12 months. Gana possibly the same, Coleman definitely last 12 months. That's three first team starters from last season probably done in a years time. And we are looking at near wholesale changes right now. Alli has 12 months to be paid, gonner, we want rid of Maupay, Davies has decided on pastures new, Gomes is likely a cut price deal for the door, we cant cover all this this summer, we don't have the cash for such replacements, there's no wunderkind or two in the academy/reserves. Cashing in on Onana and Branthwaite leaves us a step further back again.
This situation appears terminal.

What are we going to do?
Get relegated.

well gana will be 35 and Coleman 36 next year so on the way out anyway. And we have Patterson who is better than Coleman at the same age. You could say garner will take gana’s place. And doucoure had hardly played prior to dyche and had been crap when he did. He wouldn’t take much to replace

It is concerning I agree, our whole approach to recruitment is just horrible tbh it's totally woeful and outdated. We need to get to a stage (similar to Brighton) when we sign a player we sign a youngster at the same time (essentially their long term replacement) Then you are ahead of yourself and it makes things much easier in terms of squad building. I can't see that Dyche is going to be happy with things. He has been given a job at a much bigger club than ever before but if he is just going to be given the same lack of resources that cost him at Burnley then he may aswell just walk away, he has a fat payoff for keeping us up. Concerning times at the moment.

That's lucky, we aint got much and seem to want a top rated first choice striker as a priority.

Ask the Everton board Rita, that's what everyone else does apparently..

"Monitoring"?

Just get him if we want him! Why have we not been monitoring for the past 6 months?

We will end up with Kazu Miura.

He would be an improvement too.
We monitor a lot of players. Signing them is the bit we need to work on. We have lost lots of wages but we will have to sell to generate any funds for signing. Could live with Onana and Pickford going reluctantly but Iwobi in the balance as well. Would like Dyche's income but don't envy the task.
