I said that presuming Barnes and Maddison would be off to European-level clubs, but I forgot about Dewsbury-Hall.

Pretty good player from what I've seen.

Very decent player, and flies under the radar a bit with Tielemans, Barnes and Maddison there.
Could see him being on a low salary and Leicester holding onto him for next season though.

Despite its probable unpopularity I would sign Vardy on a lowish wage (if he would come) and over a max one to two year contract as an alternative striking option. There may be some injury concerns of course but hes got enough in the legs to be quick enough for the last twenty minutes. He certainly wouldn’t be a starter, but would be an impact sub.

I think he’s very ok. But he’s better than our current options. So in terms of incremental improvement, players like that on the cheap is probably where we’ll be shopping. I’d welcome the addition but wouldn’t be particularly excited by it.

Think it is hard just saying one name to come in as is such a big window for us, as we really need alot of players to come in.

Tidy player. Although maybe with Garner looking very decent he’s not what we need to prioritise. Saw Luton linked with him which suggests the price wouldn’t be too high. Tbh he’d be better off staying at Leicester than joining Luton, more likely to be playing PL footy in 2 or 3 years time where he is.

Yeah, but they both have different styles, and between them i would hope could play a big amount of minutes per season. I, not talking job share….but flexibility where we can get it is important, otherwise we are just a one trick pony, without the pony for the majority of games - I wouldn’t spend much time on it, low wage if he comes he comes for a year or two

I think that’s an awful idea, Vardy is terrible now and the way we play we need a DCL clone, our team is not set up to play balls in behind for Vardy to run on to ( plus he can’t actually run anymore). We need a target man

That guy is either a complete dummy or being poorly advised, possibly both.

If he'd have come here he would have started every game if he'd performed. As such he would have a number of clubs after him now.

Instead, he wasted four months at Spurs and is no better off than he was in Jan.

Doubt he would accept a low wage. Amd having him means having 2 injury prone strikers. We need players in week in week out

Think they will both have plenty of offers just like half the Leicester squad.
