How much are we supposed to be getting for Maups in the summer to add to our war chest

Think it`s 6 mil, rising to 10 depending on appearances etc.

Had a quick look - i dont blame him it runs until 2028 on a reported 150k a week.

Yeah I certainly don't blame him. I would do the same. But equally I wouldn't want us to sign him. That's the kind of signing we'd have made under Steve Walsh or Marcel Brands

I would have been all for it on loan last summer as a fixer upper, - as a warm body with a yoyo would have improved us given what we had and had spent over the last few years.

But when you've been signed for CIty on that contract - you just couldn't be motivated for anything else - maybe Leeds on loan would be the only thing.

Can't believe anyone here wanted him. Was so obvious it would be a terrible signing.

I hope we have learnt that the club shouldn’t be a haven for players. More an opportunity for youth and promise than failures.

We should be all over this transfer and if he's got half a brain cell he should give it serious consideration.
Start every week and do the business for a couple of seasons, and then look at the other clubs (Rather than be instantly sat on one of their benches / not make match day squad)

BBC reporting Delap's release clause drops to £30m when Ipswich are relegated . They name about 7 clubs he could join but no mention of us. We obviously don't count.

Certainly not the fella who's got a European medal.

I'd love to win the conference league.

Dynasties are few and far between these days,managers aren't afforded the time to build one.

Just go in super early on Delap, if he rejects us we'll have loads of time to get an alternative, no worries.
