Quite a few decent young players in that Monaco side that would be worth looking at. Camara, Ben Seghir, Akliouche and Ilenikhena all good when I've watched them in the champs this season.

Camara is really good and moved for €13mil + €2mil add ons. Such a pity we havent had money to spend.

Soucek links seem to be out there pretty widely.

Certainly not the most exciting transfer but he’s a massive goal threat from set pieces and in general play for a side who gets crosses in. Would also help when defending set plays.

I’d be happy with this. Flair can come from other signings.

He would cost 20-30m for a few seasons of a decent player. Mistake for me.

It’s why I’d be very hesitant on promoting Armstrong, signing Rigg as a first team player etc.

There’s undoubtedly talent down there but we aren’t in a position to support it to develop. We need emerging top level talent I think, that probably means looking abroad in the most part.

I’d be up for Fellows though for a fair price, anything under 15m replaces Harrison well and hopefully we can spend big on a starter.

I’d like to think that we can start benefitting from the multi club model now. See if Roma has any young stars who cant quite break the first team. I have no idea if they have anyone decent mind you, but I would like to see us (and Roma) starting to act like business partners

Have a feeling the Soucek links have been used to get performances out of our largely out of contract midfielders.
