It's too weird. He's not got the resources, he relies on selling a much smaller club just to get regulatory compliance, he's basically admitted in recent articles that it's purely speculative, and the club is completely on its backside already.

Apparently they have one last parachute payment from the PL, which pretty much accounts for the current wages. Give or take a crap full back or 2.

Then, well, nada. Like you say, this fella is rich, in our world, (I assume), but in football terms, well, it may as well be me and you emptying the bank accounts.
