Clearly people who dont know any better, you ring and they must say "yeah its obstructed a little", they must think, oh maybe theres a little post in the way, that wont be that bad, when they get there they can only see a little corner bit.
 
i rang once for a last game of the season (noooooookastle) to take my eldest, there were 2 tickets left, 1 in top balc, 1 in upper gwladys. i can only imagine how bad the last 2 tickets views were.
 

planning permission was granted for a second tier, but Peter Johnson chose the cheaper option

I recall reading somewhere that he was shocked that the club was committed to the single tier only & it was too late to change when he took over - which, to me, would make sense for any half-decent businessman taking over. But, as always, we live on rumours with very little facts to support them, so you have to take everything with a large pinch of salt.
