You gotta feel a bit bad for Nowich, who are 4-2 up and fighting for it...yet their fate remains in our limp and faltering hands.

If they'd have showed the same fight when they were getting beat 0-3 at home to Sunderland about 3 weeks back then maybe. I don't subscribe to the school of thought that other team's poor performances are somehow to blame for a side going down.

Right enough of this Martinez out stuff now we all know he's 100% gone at the end of the season. My issue is with the players. Absolute discrase they're all picking up 50k+ a week and they think its ok to just give up because they're not fussed on the manager. I'm genuinely worried watching this as I'm not convinced a new manager would sort this shower out. They don't deserve the shirt. Big overhaul needed. It's embarrassing to watch.

It's amazing to see what a decent manager can do for confidence/belief/tactical awareness.

I'm worried it might take a while given the damage has been done.
