I would be surprised if either Stones or Barkley make Roy's squad, i don't think either of them deserve it. Jags and Bainesey, maybe.

I wonder whether Roy put the decision off until last Monday so he could have one last look at them..... maybe that's why Barkley reportedly stormed down the tunnel.

Defoe post match saying that they focused in all week on set-pieces as they knew that we don't defend them. I'd be interested to see a stat that shows how many goals we've conceded from set pieces this season.

There was a banner in the build up. Doubt there was enough of our fans there to make any noise.

Didn't see any. We were understandably very quiet. Jeered the players off, apart from Pennington and Mirallas who were the only two with bollocks enough to go over to the fans.

Ultimately this club is run by this joke of a board and not Martinez , and as such they should of made the decision , and relieved him of his duties a long time ago. If you were pathetically inept at your job, would you expect your gaffer to just let it roll on n on just hoping you will hand your notice in?

Nobody is just blaming the board. Martinez is absolute crap and shouldn't be managing at this level.

Who in their right mind is gonna step away from the money he's making. The "honorable thing" is dead. When you have these players and managers making the money they do they'll keep doing it until someone tells them to stop.

The buck stops with the board. This is the club they're running. This is the man they chose. The team is absolute dog sh*te right now and what are they doing? Nothing. Just burying heads in sand hoping it'll rectify itself.

There isn't another board in this league that would allow this charade to continue.
