It's got to the point were this sorry team are embarrassing the club. The board are responsible for not removing Martinez months ago.
100% true.

It's like when people get mad at Hibbert or Osman for being terrible. Yes, we know they are, but it's only because they cannot perform any better. But the real problem is the manager who continued to pick them all the time.

Now we have an inept manager who should have been fired over a year ago, he is trying his best but it is just nowhere near good enough, and the blame has to lie with the board who either felt he was doing alright (somehow!) or didn't want to shell out to sack him.

Martinez is a joke of a manager, i'm starting to hate the man he needs to walk away he's not fit for the job
It's the Billy Liar and rest of the whoppers ,on the board who should be taking the can here ,penny pinching for a change is the reason Roberto is still here !

The issue I have with that is that Cleverley is SUPPOSEDLY playing on the wing, but just keeps going wherever he wants, to be awful in other positions.

Dreadful discipline and team shape.

Do whatever you want sums up our tactics for the last two years really.

There's absolutely no evidence they work on anything in training. He always goes on about how it's important to defend your box well, but I doubt it's ever been spoken about outside of interviews with the press.

Such a horrible season. Whoever comes in is going to have a lot to do. Needs to sort out the goalkeeper situation, fix the defense, sign some strikers, sign some wingers who can cross and who can score, sign defenders and he will need to show he's different than Martinez. It's a large task.

Dunno why I bothered even getting slightly excited at the prospect of Everton playing today to be honest, I knew how this would go

Anyone who thinks this club is getting fixed overnight is in for a shock - regardless of who takes over - we have regressed 20 years this last two seasons

4-5 years ago we'd be able to turn it around quick with a couple decent signings. However every side is going to go crazy with spending in the offseason, and we are probably losing talented players.
