Best way of turning on the players would be for the crowd to start cheering Everton on.
Its all just bluster though isnt it. We are going down, most of the players that we vent at dont care anyway and will move to new clubs in the summer, so all we will end up doing is poisoning everything and being left with a shell of a club that needs completely rebuilding in the summer.
What a state.

Every time Everton make a pass...olay

Why should I support a player who's combined lack of effort and lack of ability is causing damage to our club? Why should I have supported, say Alan Stubbs, who chose to celebrate an Everton goal against us while playing for us? Why on earth did he deserve my support? Why do players who have chosen to behave in a way over the past 2 years that has been detrimental to our club deserve my support?
You're right, I support Sunderland. I support this club and want the best for it. But that does not mean I support every player, manager, chairman etc. blindly, especially when it's clear they're responsible for taking us down the shitter.
The comments about being 'like mags' is absolutely absurd. Being angered at our players, or manager, or chairman, is not 'mag like'. It is something that supporters of almost every club experience from time to time. Booing and being hostile to our players and staff after the season we have had is not 'embarrassing' - it is a reaction you would get from most fans of most clubs. What would be 'mag like' would be to do some stupid bus protest or bring a coffin to the ground. That's not what anyone's talking about though.
We are about to go down BOTTOM PLACE, with the players having given in, the manager losing the plot, and the board unambitious and clueless. Being angry, hostile or whatever at this point is absolutely right. Any other reaction to me baffling.

Brown paper bags over our heads

I wont be booing them but I certainly wont be cheering them.

Everyone will be chanting with joy at the weekend when GP decides to go for a 6-3-1 formation, playing 4 CBs and 2 holding CM players, with Scocco up front on his own.
Everton must simply be licking their hands with glee at the thought of how easy the match will be for them.

Boo them on and off the pitch

I suspect without trying that might be part way to reality alas in any case this Saturday when Everton are dominating possession and banging in goals for fun. GP has already said we need a miracle which is embarrassing enough...

That's what I want to see and hear on Saturday.
Egotistical little [Poor language removed] wearing our colours.
I appreciate what sort of reaction this will garner but I want every player skinned alive for us all to see.
While I love our fans too, last nights' ''don't worry'' song should have been a song of hate. Yes I know we like to look good but frankly it gets us nowhere.
Perhaps we could lend some banner from the Mags. Turn up the heat, we are going out with a whimper.

The atmosphere will be horrible if Everton get an early goal on Saturday. Think Everton will coast it, possibly looking at 0-4 imo. I can't decide whether it'll be a poisonous atmosphere or one of resignation and depression. Either way I think the ground will be half empty after 70 mins.

They've scored 3 goals per game in their last 4. They'll comfortably outdo that if Poyet persists with this ludicrous 3-5-2/5-3-2 formation.

Everton are the best team in the prem at the moment - spirit - work ethic - pride
If anyone remembers what any of those look like of course

Booed on and off the pitch and met with a wall of total silence for the rest of the rest of the game, so they can't say we distracted them. Everton will rip our arseholes even wider apart.*
*I've asked my Everton supporting mate to tell their players to bring plenty of lube as we're a bit tender just now.

some posts of their thread about the game... oh my doesn't sound good for them

There is an old saying : Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

We were fooled on Boxing Day when they were bottom of the league (and we were 5th?) and their fans had given up on a positive result. There is alarming similarity to the present scenario.

We need to start quickly in this one. Their heads will drop if we get an early goal. Start like we did against Fulham - or even like the first ten minutes against Newcastle and we are in for a nervy afternoon.

in the run up to our last game mate, they had 3, 0-0 draws in their last 7 league games with a the other game being a 2-1 loss to spurs, and a 4-3 loss to chelsea, 2-0 to stoke and a 1-0 win against city. their other 2 games had seen them knock chelsea out of the league cup 2-1 so won 2 lost 3 drew 3 with 4 clean sheets in their. conceded 9 scored 7.

Current form they've lost 7 of their last 8, only points being a 0-0 at home against a palace side who are pretty gash away. kept 1 clean sheet and conceded 21 in those games scored 5.

Their form compared to coming into the Goodison game is far far worse, their fans have given up, and lets not remember the Sunderland game was one of those once a season games where you absolutely batter someone to get beat, and done with 10 men as well

We need to be ruthless. Like we was against Fulham. Still want revenge from the home game robbery too.

To be fair there was no "robbery" involved.

We dropped ourselves in it with Ossie's backpass and Timmy bringing down their guy.

We just got real unlucky that day and would have battered them given a wee bit of luck.

:)

My view is we shouldn't underestimate Sunderland they are the only team to beat us at Goodison this season even if they were lucky. If we play well and don't piss about with it trying to be clever like last season and this season we'll at least have a chance of not conceding. Every game is hard in the premier league we went to Palace this season and nearly lost and they are worse than Sunderland. Never go into a game expecting an easy victory especially a team fighting for their lives. It's down to the players if we don't beat Sunderland we only have ourselves to blame.

For Sunderland this is a MUST WIN game. For us it is a MUST WIN for completely reasons. It will be a more difficult game than most people think.

If the game is still a draw by half time I can see second half being really open for us to counter attack as they'll have to throw everything at us. Was thinking that RS Borini could possibly spoil the party for us then I realised ... This is bobby's Everton and were boss.

Spurs was a must win game for Sunderland as well.

Fulham was a must win game for them when we went there.

And whilst we must not and indeed will not underestimate the Black Cats on Saturday, nor must be big them up into a greater threat than what they actually are.

They are bottom of the league for a reason.

And that reason is that they are a terrible team.

What more can we ask for at this stage of the season than a game against a terrible team?

COYB.....just ger inder 'em.
