@Winslow89 how can you possibly continue to build the stadium? What happens if we don’t bounce back?

We’ve got a stadium haemorrhaging money, which we won’t be able to afford.

The reality is, I agree with your post, we’d lose a significant amount. Still think we need to sell everyone off, just hope we’re a premier league side when we do it.

Calvert Lewin, Keane, Holgate, Kenny, Gomes, Alli, Allan are getting us what though? Who realistically takes Keane?

The thing that pains me most isn't the fact we are shocking, the players are not bothered and there's more than a good chance we'll get relegated. But the fans attitude to it all. I have seen so many actually block @everton on Twitter, saying they won't watch another match this season or go to anymore games.

How does that help exactly? The supporters only real influence on the team is....wait for itttt....SUPPORT!

If you can't follow your team through thick and thin (mostly thick with us), then why bother at all? Go get a nice City/Chelski/Gooners/RedRubbish shirt instead and be a glory hound.

I've been a fan for 36 plus years...there really hasn't been THAT many good times, but yet I stick by 'em regardless. We had to wait from 87 to 95 before we won anything (I remember losing the Simod Cup to Luton). The Moyes era was the closest we had to success, even then we didn't win anything. While right now sucks, it's not forever.

If we end up getting relegated, there is a chance we could win something i.e. get promoted. We have to sell-to-buy in the summer anyways, so when...as its; a WHEN RIcky, Pickford and DCL leave that should leave us with a good transfer kitty to invest in a good young team. Frank has had experience of the Championship and with money to spend, I think we'll be ok.

Frank isn't the problem. The mercenary players are, the board are. It will change because it has to.

Anyways, rant over. I'm sure loads with disagree because it's easier to be negative than positive.

We'll just have to be Man Utd, do it the hard way as that is the Everton way!

COYB!
Fans fault again I see

The fans are a huge part of the problem and have been over the last few years

Unrealistic expectations and a negative mindset from too many, which goes hand in hand with losing - it contributes to creating a culture of fear and anxiety rather than confidence

The player mistakes presumably are to an extent confidence related

We as fans need to do everything we can to support the team now

Home game atmosphere has been brilliant since Lampard has come in, away fans sell out every week and go all over the country seeing us get battered only to do it all again the next week.

The support really isn't the problem and don't give me all this 'the fans have unrealistic expectations' all we want is a team that looks like they give a [Poor language removed]. A team of Anthony Gordons basically and we would be content with a team that isn't the best but at least tries. Moshiri came in with his billions and promised us the world, only for him to make the wrong decision nearly every chance he got and now we are on the brink of relegation.

We have every right to be angry and to try and shift the blame onto the fans, who have nothing to do with the running of the club but turn up every week to support the team is nothing short of pathetic.

Ok, there might be a minority of fans who are vocal on twatter and other platforms but you get that with every club, koff with all this blaming the fans, this team is utter dross and anyone who watches us can see that.

Goodison will be bouncing every home game for the rest of the season and I still have a sliver of hope that the atmosphere might just drag us over the line, but stop laying this on the fans. The club is a shambles from top to bottom.
