Honestly. Until they 100% prove that every seats site line is not impacted - standing up and sitting down. Don't touch it with a barge pole.

I like the fact that it looks original and isn't a carbon copy of all them soulless stadiums that popped up over the last 15 years.
The most important thing in my opinion though is the location. If we don't move to the waterfront I'd rather not move at all
