He should have subbed Kone off as his movement was nil , his ability to hold the ball was non existent and the team seemed to sit back and let swansea come at them.
For me Martinez should have subbed him 5 minutes before the goal to break up play and get Naismith back on.
Simple as that.
Thats why I feel its his fault.
