Yeah, Montero is not only talented and has speed - ruthless combination.

But Ty isn't a slouch himself and is meant to be one of the best one-one tacklers in the squad. He just needs to make sure keeps his concentration - that is his major weakness from what I've seen of him. Especially as Kone won't provide much protection.

Yeah I really think Aaron Lennon would make more sense. He'd offer more cover and genuine width going forward.

I get that Kone/Naismith are in form, but you can't shape a team around player's feelings. Every team presents new challenges and sometimes you need to rotate for tactical reasons. Hopefully Browning comes through unscathed though.

No surprises. Big game for Browning up against Montero. They have a good attacking four so there has to be no faffing around today.

Very big results from the polls by the way. Thanks for everyone who voted, the voice of Evertonianism has been heard loud and clear - you'd rather be a Wool than a plazzy. You'd rather even be Welsh.

Some big wool love on GOT.

I would rather be dead than any of those options

Nope, you pick players to start depending on whose feeling you hurt least by dropping them.

He wanted to start Mirallas and Deulofeu but Kone threatened to leave Martinez off his Christmas card list and Naismith reckoned he'd cry so much he couldn't manage his pop tarts for tea.

You don't wanna know how Barry would feel.

;)

Browning will be fine.
I'm not too fussed about Browning starting, good on him. It is just the lack of wingers. Naismith scored a hatrick, but he is nowhere near as good as Mirallas, Deulofeu and Lennon. You should pick your strongest team, no sentiment should be involved from the last game.
