Swapping tickets/seats?

I tried to find an answer on to this the official EFC site, but couldn't. I'm sure someone here will know/help. I have a ticket (in my Google Wallet) for the Upper Bullens, a relative has one for the Upper Gwladys (in her iPhone Wallet). She wants to swap, to go in the Bullens. How can we do that?

That doesn’t work, the nfc (near field communication) doesn’t work on screenshots. Ticket has to be in an app that has the technology

If you add each other to friends and family in your ticket accounts you should be able to transfer the tickets to each other ( I think)

This is the correct answer. So long as you are both in the same age group, not one adult and one concession.
