I've seen that clip about 1000 times, friend showed it to me around the time I first started watching football. Still think the goal tonight shades it, although having seen this one live and only seen replays of the other might have made a difference. Just that second of anticipation "No way he's not going to.... it's not going to... its... WAAHHH"

The thing with tonight's goal is that it's coming down on the drop from a looped header, not much pace, but he got the connection right and it's a sublime goal.

The thing with his other goal is that he takes the absolute p*ss out of pretty much an entire side without any hesitation. That Ibrahimovic goal is probably the second best I've ever seen.

For sheer technique, Rooney's overhead - moving backwards, a ball coming in from a wide angle, at pace, on the cross, hit with power but kept down, straight into the top corner... nothing beats that for me. I know it's overhyped but if you take away the Sky fapfest etc. it's a wonder goal.

I think tonights was better than any goal Zlatan has scored before because there have been plenty of goals where players have taken it through whole teams and just placed it into the back of the net

This was special, one of a kind

Seedorf's thunderbolt from 1 million yards pushes it at the very least.

Rooneys v man city comes off his shin. That takes some of the gloss off it for me.
Sinclairs overhead for qpr was sublime.

Hard enough to score that goal with his feet... His shin just made it that more impossible.

Anyway, Zlats goal was fun. Open net though, so.... Its a no for best goal ever lists for me
