We keep blaming the managers but when you look at the squad, you can see how disgusting it is.

Do we even know our best formation?
Do we even have one decent partnership, remember baines and pienar combo.

We have a lb who ok, probably worse then digne.

A young rb from rangers or aging Coleman

Iwobi became our best player, he was our worse player 2 years ago. Worrying

1 striker who can't play up front alone, I'm not even suggesting the other 2 who are a waste of space.

No proper creative intelligence wingers.


No one coming up from the academy


Sold Rich our only decent player.

It's a mess and very concerning, we have to buy 2 decent quality players and pay over the odds or we are down.

I can help out here. Our tactics are 4-3-3 (or 4-5-1 depending on how you look at it) all game, every game. 10 men behind the ball the vast majority of the time. Pass backwards or, if you absolutely have to, sideways but never forwards. If we have to make a sub it must be like for like, no change of system, ever, and no sub can be made before the 60th minute, no matter what the score is.
