You make a valid moral point here.
However I would comment that to all intents and purposes Usmanov/ Moshiri have invested money into the club rather than extracted .
If this consortium takes money out of the club, and given the close association of Bannon to one of the members , it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that some of that money could find its way into the hands of Bannon.
Even the slightest possibility that a smallest portion of the money from Everton could indirectly find its way via the obnoxious Bannon into the hands of the multitude of extreme right wing groups he supports /sponsors across the USA and Europe (including Britain) is very disconcerting.

If Moshiri wants out, fair enough.

He has backed the club but ultimately he and his board have made this hole we currently sit in.

With the stadium coming and moving ahead this is a MAJOR plus for investment. I thought he would sell after completion but seems he is happy to jump early now that Premier League survival has been confirmed.

He will want his money back especially with the stadium funding so hopefully we can weed out the group's who want to hedge fund us and hit it rich.

Hopefully as part of any deal one of Moshiri's companies signs a massive sponsor deal for Bramley Moore to help with FFP too.

As you all worried by American takeover. We hope they come in do a good job without asset striping us. Yet more times than not that’s what they do.

You would imagine any potential takeover would need to happen sharpish because we'll probably have to pause our transfer dealings until its done. A new board might not want to sell a Richarlison or a DCL upon their arrival.....or maybe they'll want to come in and sell both.

Either way it will just be a continuation of us being run terribly. Kenwright a stain on Evertons history, sells to an unhinged nut job in Moshiri who just can't help himself but to get involved in matters that don't concern him, suddenly looking to sell up not even a quarter of the way through a stadium build, to an American consortium who everyone assumes will do a leveraged buy out and send us into the abyss once and for all.

That remains to be seen.
