Love Ossie but absolutely no way do I want him playing in the Barry role, don't want to see him getting knocked over or caught in possession in that part of the pitch, he is a lot better further up the pitch for me. I would probably play the same team as last night, although I can see Mirallas coming in for Ossie in reality, possible Mcgeady for Deulofeu, all depends on how he has recovered from the 90 minutes last night.

1st and foremost we need to get the points on the board, we can worry about possible suspensions later.

Osman for Barry? Not for me at all. Ossie lacks the physicality required for that role. I can see that Barry is slowing down through 'overuse', but in the absence of Gibbo (who may or may not be in Dubai at the moment), I do not think RM will rest him.

Agreed Ossie is simply too much of a liability when he doesn't have at least 5 players behind him at all times to save us when he inevitably loses out on possession a couple times a game. He played well against Newcastle because he was part of a three-man midfield with Barry and McCarthy also there to recover.

Not having cover for Barry is a huge liability. Should we drop Barkley back and play McCarthy in Barry's role like we did before? Could Stones play in midfield, it's a stupid idea but we don't have a lot of options.

Play your best team....none will be feeling tired after such an important away win.

Ossie always creates chances away from home....we owe Fulham one after the loss in the Capital One Cup.

Barkley gives the ball away loads more than Ossie.

Howard
Coleman Jagielka Distin Baines
McCarthy
Deulofeu Barkley Osman Mirallas
Lukaku

We can't play without both Osman and Pienaar. We need someone of them to keep the ball up. Osman was the difference between Swansea and Newcastle game. He was the key to possession and let the defense rest between the attacks.

The Fulham game is at 1.30pm on Sunday, which with Daylight saving starting effectively means the players body clocks are at 12.30pm. That is (effectively) a very early kick off and I don't think Everton does them that well. I sniff a CONSPIRACEEE
