Well well, i didn't know that he had travelled with them to Hong kong or got a signed shirt from them.
It's the signed shirt that has thrown me, for that alone he should not have been in charge of that game, the FA must have rules regarding such things, it has to be illegal.
Regarding some of the decisions on Saturday and knowing what i do now, he should be suspended and everything looked into.
If found guilty, the [Poor language removed] should not even refferee sunday pub leagues.

where has the hong kong and signed shirt info come from? the FA must have sanctioned him to participate out there, so who chose clattenburg to referee this match? - referees do the bidding of the FA, it has long been known old trafford is a very comfortable place for referees.

I've seen a snippet of that article, its head something like the Clattenberg cake! I have not been this wound up this much for years and fellow Blues telling me we are as bad as them should be shot(y)
 
Many of you guys are too young to know of the referee bribing that went on in the sixties by Inter MIlan and was the reason Everton lost out in their fixture with Inter Milan. Just ask Monty or CT.

Helena Herairo, manager and giver of back handers, this entire episode smells of the same thing but despite it all I'm even more proud now to be a blue and that is something no rs can ever understand
