I see what you mean. I always thought it was interesting how Federer suddenly in 2017 started playing like he was 23 again, after having been clearly on the decline for the previous few years

I'm not suggesting anything illegal - these guys are tested continually to today's rules and regulations but the top players are existing on a level of sports medicine that's just surreal. I watched a programme on Novak's daily routine and his body system is run like its a F1 engine with clean-outs and superfoods.
