Same, seen loads !
But people are getting more n more cheeky now, as I've also seen a rise in people on their phones whilst driving.
Mad, as I've never seen anyone pulled for either
Not texting but just as bad is when people record out the window of the car with music playing while driving. See this from friends of mine regularly.

Reckon I'd be better driving after 2 pints than I would when trying to text.
In fact I'm certain of it.

It really annoys me when someone at the lights is clearly on their phone, the light goes green and they just sit there for 10 seconds before they realise and race off.
We're all addicted to our phones eh but in the car lash it out of reach...
See it all the time. Often on the motorway. Usually I'll clock someone losing speed for no reason or driving very slowly in the middle lane. Or veering slightly. When I overtake they're invariably doing something on the phone. Complete distraction.
The other thing I've noticed is a passenger distracting the driver with their phone. Again, usually accompanied by erratic driving.

….I will add, youngsters glued to their phone whils riding bikes. Seen it lots by me, crazy.
It is if you crash / cause an accident - driving without due care and attention.
Six points straight away if you get caught too.

I walk my eldest to school each morning and the amount of mums I see driving and using their mobile with the kids sat in the back is rediculous. It's normally the ones in the flash cars, range rovers etc.
