Anyone see Rico Clark put his boot into a prone Carlos Ruiz in yesterday's Dynamo/FC Dallas match?

I'm guessing he's suspended for the rest of the year.

I only feel better about it cause we tonked that crap in south Oklahoma to the tune of 3-0.

London, UK (Reuters) - A seven year old boy was at the centre of a London
courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who
should have custody of him.

The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially
awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with the child custody law and
regulations requiring that family unity be maintained to the degree
possible. The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt
beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with
her. When the judge suggested that he live with his grandparents, the
boy cried out that they also beat him.

After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning
that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the
judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who
should have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal
references and confer with child welfare officials, the judge granted
temporary custody to the TorontoFootball Club, whom the boy
firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.:P :P

TFC (BOTTOM OF THE LEAGUE) JUST BEAT THE NEW YORK RES BULLS (TOP OF THE LEAGUE) 2-1. THIS IS OUR FIRST HOME WIN SINCE JUNE (AGAINST DALLAS) AND FIRST WIN SINCE JULY (AGAINST SLAT LAKE).

Well done !!!

On a more sour note, Rico Clark was fined $10,000 (that's a heavy fine considering MLS wages) and given a 9 match suspension for kicking Carlos Ruiz this past Sunday.

Kinda figured they'd come down hard on him. Hard enough that we wouldn't have him for the playoffs as well.

they have set a precedent now, unless the mls governing association is like the FA.

Yeah they have. It's the heaviest suspension time ever for a player and one of the largest fines ever.

Totally out of character for Rico but no one can say that he didn't have it coming to him.

He missed last year's championship match due to card accumulation and if we get to the championship match this year, he'll miss that one as well.

they're never gonna believe us,they're never gonna believe us,they're never gonna belieeeeve us... we're gonna win the league!
