I have my bedroom window open all year round. Can’t sleep with it shut.

It's the only window upstairs I have closed in bed but I leave all the doors open as long as my cats are out

I went to the shop , earlier . Not a long walk but I got back home sweating as if I'd just run a bloody marathon. Even my hair was sweating ffs. I know have my fan up my shirt

My neighbors are the same.. all the bedroom windows open even in middle of winter! I can sleep with them open at all. I hate the noise from outside.

It’s the ventilation I need. If I haven’t got fresh air coming in I find it harder to breathe right so won’t drift off. It’s a bugger in freezing cold Winter but needs must.
