die young.

That seems to be the paymasters choice, not for themselves of course, they are happy volunteering the massed ranks of the poor for the chop. Someone wrote earlier in the thread about 'social cleansing', slowly it is becoming more recognisable as 'financial genocide'.

http://www.theguardian.com/media/2014/oct/30/nigel-farage-ukip-documentary-spoof-channel-4

"Channel 4 will imagine a country run by Nigel Farage in a spoof documentary which will air in the runup to next year’s general election.
The broadcaster, which has previously used the mockumentary genre to
put Tony Blair on trial and execute Gary Glitter, will use actors alongside real-life footage for its fictional portrayal of the Ukip leader in Downing Street.

100 Days of Ukip, a working title, will follow the trials of a newly-elected female MP in Farage’s party as she attempts to follow up its promises to create a new Britain free of interference from Europe."

whilst interesting, like I mentioned previously however as its due to run in the run up to the general election whats the odds it portrays a world outside the EU as a disaster etc. This is exactly what I said regarding our "Democracy" in this country, the big 3 in Westminster will use the media and whatever other tools of propaganda to damage any potential new kid on the block through underhand tactics.

Lets face it, UKIP voters don't seem to want to listen to facts so I can't imagine they'll be swayed by a Channel 4 documentary. If anything it will probably prompt another layer of tin foil on their hats.

UKIP has had more than its fair share of exposure over the last few years.

Tv channels should be impartial.

ukip arnt racist or bigoted, but it's the only defence oppositions have and they know mud will stick.

Seen so many people on facebook all like 'I'm sik ov ppl lyk der bnp or Der edl or ukip and sik of racisum ful stop. If u lyk n e ov deez den delete me of ur frendz list!'

Oh how profound. Facist left wingers mud slinging allll over the place.

The issue is the media should be impartial especially in the run up to the election. Would labour/ many on here be happy if a spoof documentry was done highlighting millibands first 100 days in office with Barroso sat in downing street after closer EU integration and the economy in the pan? Or would people be screaming hatchet job by the Tories?

This is the issue soon as a new party does well the establishment who in a democracy doesn't use force like the Russians or Chinese, instead use the goebbels inspired propaganda of the media in doing their bidding. If the greens ever became the new thing they would be slaughtered

Scottish poll on next General Election voting intentions:

CON 10%
LAB 23%
LDEM 6%
SNP 52%
GRN 6%

Even if that significantly narrows Labour are still in for a rout in Scotland of epic proportions. They look dead in the water without the 41 seats they won in Scotland in 2010.

Why should TV channels be impartial though? They're not designed for that. They're entertainment, just as that bloke on YouTube you like is.

Yeah its exactly the same....

Youtube is made up of people expressing opinions.

Mainstream TV channels should be reporting things impartially, especially the BBC. That Channel 4 are doing this doesn't surprise me (as they always pander to minorities) but I still don't think deliberately painting any mainstream political party in a bad light trying to sway votes is on.

And LOL if you're talking about Pat Condell. The truth hurts.
