THE 2022/2023 EVERTON WOMENS SUPER LEAGUE & CUP GAMES

It's a bit annoying, this.

I've bought tickets in the Lower Gwladys for the game, because I have young kids and I want them to have watched a match from there before it's too late. I figured the atmosphere would be a bit more kid-friendly there in the women's derby on a Sunday afternoon.

So it's a bit irritating that they've shifted it to a Friday night, when I live 3 hours' drive away. It's going to be a dash straight from school, and the kids won't be home until the early hours of Saturday.

I know it could be worse, it could be a weeknight... but it's still annoying! Sunday was perfect!
I always thought because the time was given as 12.30 on the Sunday - which is usually a TV game Time (which its proved for Chelsea v City on BBC), that it may stick. as game was already moved from an original ko time (With no publicly) to that 12.30 Sunday and that is why Tickets went on sale - so i thought it was set till sky decided they wanted to do it that Friday night, which has left many buying tickets sand saying they cant go, and Everton had no choice in the matter

Yeah, same as it ever was in the men’s game, too. TV the boss, as usual.

How are our internationals doing on their respective sides during this break? If I have time later today, I'll try to run down a list of them - if anyone already has that and wants to share, that'd be great.

I watch every single game, no matter where in the world, A few left to go yet, with Courtney playing on Wed which is one to watch out for, depending how long Ramsey may be out, last thing Everton need is their 2 best keepers out same time

England u23s play at Tranmere tonight v Belgium u23s at 7pm, if any want to make a late dash to watch that there, with Aggie Beever-Jones been part of that squad

It'd be fun, but can't make that one unless the Concorde is still flying and I can ask for the Denver / Liverpool non-stop route.....

I know first hand from working at Blackburn Rovers and being at FA meetings for the ladies team. We had applied for a license for WSL2, before their play off match against Tottenham. But the briefing was for everyone who was applying.

"We dont care where the money comes from, just that you can prove you have it".

The FA, as it does in the mens, panders to the money for the womens just as much.

Beofre that play-off game there was alot of Spurs people in the lounges saying "it doesn't matter if we win or lose, we've been told we've got the license for WSL and Blackburn haven't".

Blackburn who have a very, very good reputation for producing and developing players, at least at the time they did. Keira Walsh, Ella Toone who joined older but developed massively. I think Georgia Stanway was another as well.

Bloody Kopite lol
She was actually the Charlton keeper last season when we beat Charlton 2-0 in FA Cup, she was caught in 2 of my fav pics lol

They came from that goal

Do you know how bad Ramseys injury is?
Going to ask the Boss tomorrow, if he comes near me lol, He didnt come by me the last game when the window was due to close a few days later - i have him on FB but he normally wont answer bar the rare time lol, she was still wearing her Protective boot a few days ago, but is walking as she was 2 weeks a go, completely normal without crutches etc. The loan for that keeper is for 2 weeks, so after next week we have another 2 week break before the derby, so i have feeling they wont rush her for next week and just leave her for the 3weeks
