I thought last summer we needed to fill the Pienaar hole. I didn't realise what a massive hole it was/is! It's going to take some filling.

He wanted a right footed, left sided midfielder in January. So he's a area he's targetting due to concerns with Pienaar. Think it might be time to move him in field, especially if we do find a left sided midfielder in the Summer.

Watching villa the other day I thought young grealish has a lot of those quality's but he wouldn't be an option for several reasons.
Can anyone think of a genuinely realistic like for like replacement for our south African playmaker.

Unless we get a top class 'door unlocker' (which I very much doubt we can afford) I'd rather we get someone direct and pacey who will make things happen that way.

Mirallas on the left and Lennon on the right sounds pretty good to me for the time being but obviously we need more options than just these two.
