I'm clearly in a minority here but I didn't mind Frang. However, my judgement has always been in question.
Its a shame, when he first came back he was alright, but I think more and more of his dangers came back on their multi's and they thought it would be a good idea to attempt to restart the war. Its like those soldiers they used to find in the jungle that didnt know they lost the war.
But he slowly reverted to type and showed why he keeps getting banned.
