BBC should come up with More content, and Less Channels.
That's what I mean about BBC 3. Who watches it? It keeps getting re-branded. From being a celeb-entertainment channel, to more "yoof" orientated, now its trying to be a channel for new mass comedy (that no one ever watches).
BBC 4 is a good channel for the arts. BBC 1 and 2 are your flagships. I think if they're going to keep BBC 3 they want to start doing what Channel 4 first did and make taboo breaking, edgy, less commercial programs and use it as a channel to break them in...or atleast take some gambles rather than commisioning Titty Titty Bang Bang series 2.
