You're probably right Dylan.

no he isn't he is wrong you can get really good pizzas here, my home made for starter and like mick we have a belting Italian restaurant locally. Dylan can't even explain how an ex Hawaiian can dislike a pizza known as hawaiian, they'd have killed him if he was still there, pizza topped with Dylan, yummy or what:P

21 - 4 to us (I cheat)

Heatmeiser: Did she opt for pineapple? Mine did earlier on. Im not sure I can see myself with her anymore.

Suits: Tomatoes are exempt when it comes to pizza toppings, its standard - like cheese.

She knows better than to bring pineappled pizzas in to my house. I ended up with a 'bab for some strange reason. Was good though, had those huge green chillis on. Not elephant leg either, nice chicken.

Micknick, only £7 quid for a pizza? We have this little guy here who makes the greatest pizzas i've had, from scratch (apart from the ones I make obv) for about £4. He is the pizza legend, when he retires I will not only cry, but probably lose a few pounds too.

Mate where I live £7 will barely get you a bag of chips let alone a whole Pizza.

yeah of course i am..........    (y) :P

I'm sorry I'm just in a piss taking mood today, time for my lie down I think. Finished Bamburgh castle. about to start Holy Islands ruins which are truly mystical. For my standard ts a very difficult sketch bring all elements into the correct positions so the painting, with all the necessary shading will be immense, may try acrylics for once after doing a watercolour sky, we artists have all these difficult decisions to make:lol:

For the same reason that a chicken tikka masala can be found in Indian Restaurants and it originated in Glasgow. Designed for dum brits.

chicken tikka masala, n, • mild curry dish of chicken in a tomato-based sauce, cooked tandoori style (in a charcoal-fired oven). Optional hefty dose of tartrazine lends luminescent orange glow.

TRANSLATION: chicken tikka, a traditional Indian dish, means pieces of tandoori chicken; masala is a blend of spices. Known in the curry trade as CTM.

SYNONYMOUS WITH: breakdown in traditional British values and rise of multi-cultural Britain (CTM is most popular dish in UK according to Food Service Intelligence). In an attack on alleged Tory xenophobia, Foreign Secretary Robin Cook has hailed chicken tikka masala "Britain's true national dish".

PROVENANCE: hazy; somewhere in the UK. Various stories abound. Said to have originated between 1950s and 1970s and birthplace is sometimes cited as a Glasgow curry house. Legend has it one obstinate diner demanded gravy on tandoori chicken. A bemused chef responded by adding tin of Campbell's tomato soup and pinch of spices, unwittingly partaking in early example of fusion cookery.

SIMILAR TO: other exotic dishes/culinary styles that belie their assumed origins. eg: chop suey (origin: San Francisco); deep-pan pizza (Chicago) and balti (Birmingham).

CONSTITUTES: wide range of variable ingredients. A 1998 survey by Real Curry Restaurant Guide of 48 different CTMs found only common ingredient was chicken.

INCIDENCE: ubiquitous today, albeit in various mutations. Sainsbury's sell 1.6 million CTM meals every year and stocks 16 CTM-related products including chicken tikka masala pasta sauce. Other derivations include CTM crisps, CTM pizzas, CTM kievs and Marks and Spencer's famous CTM sandwiches (18 tonnes devoured every week).

CONTESTED: by new-wave of Indian restaurants which banish flock wallpaper and pints of Carlsberg in favour of clean lines and yoghurt lassis.

EXPORTABLE: in supreme example of "coals-to-Newcastle"-style international trade, several British firms now sell CTM to India.

COMPARE WITH: England's 1998 football World Cup unofficial anthem Vindaloo by Fat Les, chosen because of its characteristic but multi-racial overtone

Arguments against pineapple back on track 21-121 . Down with the pineapple.

What you sorry for?, i'm in a piss taking mood myself Mont, unless you really thought it was me on that bike ;)
Glad you are still painting Jim, Acrylics are more forgiving than watercolours, at least you can overpaint your dark colours with them, something you cant do with Watercolour paint.
Right then, a spot of 'Fire Eating' i think. :P

Pineapple is a lovely refreshing fruit, perfect for eating in hot weather.

It is not, however, an acceptable topping on pizza. Bloody horrible when cooked.

What's the score now?

Also, the chicken tikka has made it out to Oz, and is very popular on some naan bread (the 'Indian Kebab') - usually at about 3am.
