I watched it a few times and laughed a lot. Not sure how well it has dated. Depends what you are into I guess. Only 6 or something episodes were ever made so hardly going to put you out

I loved boosh. Looks like a quirky satire and I'm all about that.

Nathan Barley. Julian Barrat is the grumpy one, the big fella from Mighty Boosh. Noel Fielding has a small role in it too.

It was a bit like Brass Eye, in that a lot of it went over people’s heads.

Brilliantly written and a massive piss take of Hipsters, before they even existed.

Oh it nailed them utterly. Charlie Brooker and Chris Morris. I found it hilarious as I'd not long finished my undergrad degree in a city which is always an inch away from being a parody of itself. So I'd seen these types floating about loads.

Then they just appeared everywhere.

Frankly I secretly suspect Charlie Brooker has a crystal ball.

I think if you can get a story about a former colleague tipping off police to the suspicious behaviour of his former workmate, resulting in said workmate's suicide pact with their partner. Or, a story about taking a girl home only for her to ask you to choke her while she wears a shopping bag over her head in under three lines then there is no excuse for really long posts.

Yeah, some posts feel like an edition of the Guardian's 'the long read' section. Just to essentially say they rate Siggy.
