Thought it would be good to get ahead of the curve and speak about what we will be up against next season. Hopefully Fulham go up with Marco as don’t fancy playing benitez route 1 football against them. It’s an entertaining league and we should be ok for the play offs.

Any good away days down there?

Will we get revenge against QPR?

Blackburn and Preston are close enough to travel, will they be our new rivals?

You've got a couple of sleeping giants in Forest and Derby who compete for the prestigious 'Cloughie Cup'. That is of course if Derby avoid relegation

Don't see us going down at all, but a spell in the Championship would give certain sections of our fanbase, who seem to believe we are somehow automatically entitled to a seat at the table with the elite and among the trophies simply because we are 'Everton', a very much needed reality check.

Problem is, would we come straight back up if we did go down? I'm not so confident we would.

Is this when we find out that some of squad aren’t actually championship players but league 1?

100% wouldnt. We would be automatic favourites which means we would bottle it.
