The Club shop offers a really piss poor customer service

So not only is the online booking s.h.i.t.e ...has anyone else noticed that the range of "stuff" in the everton shops is crap?

I know its all new with kit bag but you would have all the little daft novilty prezzies sorted...look at most of the "BIG" clubs you can get all kinds of stuff with RS Manure arsenal etc etc etc printed on it....Grrrr:@

I know what you're saying mate but nothing involving the other kits is being shown yet and these make up a lot of smaller novelty items. There seems to be more going up all the time at the minute.

Have any other Euro Blues had issues? UK delivery to me Ma (who posts on for me) has always been pretty decent including this time.
 
I spanked over 200 notes in Everton Two yesterday and was served by a a cutey with a nice rack - which is bye the bye !!!!!!!

I thought there was a decent selection of stuff to cater across the range of age and taste and was pleased with the quality of what we bought.

Even my 17 yr old daughter bought into our annual pilgramage and came away with some Everton stuff fot the first time in many years.

I was positive about what I saw and hope that we are on the up on the marketting and merchandise side of things.

Hopefully those not having good experiences are just getting some teething problems that you would expect with any new setup???
 
I ordered some goods on June 24th paying by credit card, I also ordered a 2009/10 season membership. Until now I got nothing from the Club shop, I reported last week by mail that the goods and the membership package are still missing, they told me to wait for 17 working days. Today after 21 working days the goods still have not arrived so I wrote a mail in which I complained again. Here is the original text:

Dear staff,

I want to inform you that I still have not received my order EVE-***** from June 24th 2009, I also have still not received my 2009/10 season membership card/package.

As you tried to put me off from day to day by telling me fairytales about having to wait for 17 working days which are now for sure over (21 working days gone and still no goods) I am curious if you now will do your job and look after the lost goods or if you will tell me another fine excuse.

Anyway if the goods won't arrive until this Friday I will report Visa Card to refund me the money as I am sick of paying for never receiving goods.
I will also report this case on the "Grand Old Team" fan forum to warn other Toffees about your piss poor service. I am really angry now about not being taken serious by your staff and about being put off from day to day with other fairytale stories.

Taking away the tone of the letter which doesn't fall into the "best way to complain" category, i'd have found out the shop manager (can't remember their name) and copied them into the letter. Not reallly clear whom you wrote the letter to.

I have had bad experiences such as the old online megastore to the extend that I would rather take the journey from London to visit the store rather than order online.

The service has got better and the new online store is it up to the minimum level of service where I will order from it.
 
From front to back the club is run by a bunch of useless morons. I've come to accept it and so much so have distanced myself immensely from activity surrounding the club ths far this summer. They are frankly embarassing to support. I dont waste my money on merchandise anymore so wouldnt know what that service is like. It sounds like the idiocy runs through all areas of CS with the communication from the ticket office also useless.

Got myself the Hafnia 84 cup final shirt this week though, ordered it through littlewoods direct/very, for £29.

Well, you can only go by your own experience, but I've had nothing but good service from the Online store...admittedly, my last order was over 12months ago.

I ordered a kids shirt (just before they dropped the Chang logo for kids) with personalised numbers on it. Shipping to Oz was pretty expensive, but I got it within a week of order and, to my suprise, they did the personal lettering for free! (I reckon they felt sorry for me due to the amount the shipping cost...about the same as the shirt)

Anyway, credit where credit's due...I'll see how my next order goes...:blink:
 

Quick update: Items received today after more than a month !!! Unfortunately the Membership package/card is still missing. Well you can't have everything can you ? :D
