I could be wrong....but I think he's definitely got an issue with the jobs-for-the-boys and if I recall Baines in particular draws his ire on that front. I could be doing him a disservice though.

"Judas Baines", the scruffy backstabber apparently went running to the Echo and stuck the knife in Martinez's back. Frank should have got him binned alongside Ebbrell and a couple of others who 'have a stranglehold on the club'.

Seems to think he's potentially a very decent coach and even manager material though.

I think the plan is to stick with Lamaord until after the S'ton and possibly West Ham games...and then hand it to Baines if need be at that point.

There's a dislocation between board and owner and I dont see anything short of a sale of Gordon to provide cash for players.
