He had an almighty lot of struggles after the band split in the early 2000s. None of them apart from Rachel (the hottest one) really went on to do anything special and they all got ripped off big style on their S Club 7 contract and I guess he didn't have anything in place to start living a normal life after all that S Club fame but little money. I think he even at one point sold a Brit award or something to pay the bills. In any case, RIP Paul way too young to go.
