Great player and personality back in the 70's
….super talented, wand of a left foot and loved life off the pitch. A real character, i concur that you always enjoyed watching him play.
A larger than life character from a golden era of ‘70’s football. I’ll always associate him with the likes of Frank Worthimgton, George Best, Brian Clough etc.
To quote Kevin Michell from the Guardian
“He was a footballing scamp who spread art and confusion on the pitch and rancour in the boardroom”.
