I honestly don't think we can afford to play 2 at the back anymore with Williams or Jags being one of the 2. Williams is a massive liability this season and has never looked like the player Swansea had at any point in his Everton career and it's only going to get worse as he continue to decline.

Jag's is the more assured but the same defensive line issue would be present, i think Jags defends better even from a deeper position but we need to get that line up and trying to help out the midfielders more (which isn't an excuse for how bad Morgs and couple of others have been but it obviously won't be helping)

I'd say our best performance was 1st half v City with the 5 back, Baines looked sharp, Holgate did a great job man marking Sane, the back 3 were solid and we countered well. Holgate needs a run of games and RCB in a back 3 is ideal for him as shown in the past, has more cover for his mistakes but also allows for him not to get drawn in on one player, being part of a 2 you have to be completely in sync and i don't see that happening with Keane or Williams currently, maybe Jags but 0 sense in dropping Keane, even playing poorly he's our only good option lol

3/5 at the back till January bring in a new CB and depending on how the form is till then either stick with it with more natural shape from a new left sided defender or go back to 433/4231.​

Voted yes cause its the best weve got although i would consider swapping holgate and keane only to stop the two young lads leaving us so exposed. Really need a left cb and left back next window.
