Bill Kenwright 9,044 shares

Robert Earl through BCR Sports 8,146 shares

John Woods 6,622 shares

Lord Grantchester 2,773 shares

Arthur Abercromby 1,935 shares

Sir Philip Carter (deceased) 714 shares

Clifford Finch 250 shares

Keith Tamlin approx 120 shares

Nigel Holland approx 115 shares

Jimmy Mulville approx 115 shares

The remaining 4,600 or so shares are held by minor shareholders

oh right didn't realise jimmy mulville was a shareholder
Haven't seen him for years at a game,he used to be a fanatic,would see him at the likes of Ipswich/Charlton away etc,maybe he's lapsed,mind you so have I a little these days,old age I suppose;)lol
 

The market believes Everton is only worth £49 million based on the current share price.....
That only works if the shares are publicly traded and there are a substantial % in free float.

If Everton would do an IPO then you could use the share price to determine the value of the club but I'd wager the share price would be rather higher if we did that.

The shares are publicly traded on a matched bargain basis, you can buy some tomorrow morning if you wish, however they're not quoted on any exchange.

In the absence of a bidder (or willing sellers among the major shareholders) that's what the market believes the company is worth.
