The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

I was there and the majority applauded politely.

GOT is a more anti-Kenwright sample than the wider fanbase, or possibly those who do not like the board are more vocal in their point of view.

I was there and very few clapped and that was proved by the video/pictures and as for the 500 the evidence proves otherwise.

The problem is we can march and moan and protest but what good does it do? Look at Newcastle. Untill a Billionaire buys us or Kenwright retires we are stuck with it and nothing we can do can change it.

It doesn't even need a billionaire, just a forward thinking board with a plan that doesn't involve a hand out from somebody else to progress.

Much as I would love to see Kenwright retire I fear that would not be the end of our problems but just the beginning, until we can smoke out the people who really own the club(Phillip Green for example) we are never going to progress as a club.

Would help if the worlds greatest Evertonian put the club up for sale and appoint someone who knows what he is doing and not leave it to Elstone who cant put the kettle on without tripping the leccy at GP.

I mean if you put your house up for sale you get the estate agent in and if your house was worth hundreds of thousands then you wouldnt even entertain Whitegates you would go for the specialist estate agent like Chestertons http://www.chestertons.com/property-to-buy/search-results/properties-in-mayfair-to-buy/b-t-lmayfair/ .

Don't
I must admit, I find it funny that you moan about the extra TV money going to greedy [Poor language removed] players but you have no issue at all with owners who have not put a penny into the club and want at least a 500% return.

Go figure, seriously.
Just a point on that last one, how do you get a 500% return on no money?

I was also there, loads clapped, but after the clapping, I saw loads shaking their heads in disbelief.
You might be right who actually knows the figures, my original point was people come on here and state facts. Facts are only such if you have evidence. No one has any evidence the majority of Evertonians are against him. Most people I speak to believe believe him to be a good Evertonian , sincere, honest and sadly skint by billionaire standards!

That is one of the great unknowns because none of those charlatan directors who supposedly own the shares will come clean.

Where the fk do you start with this kind of canine droppings ?
Listen I wish Bill Kenwright wasn't in charge at Everton if there could be a billionaire instead. But just to slag him off in a vile way without evidence is ridiculous. I said sincere and honest and you call that canine droppings. Has Kenwright ever been implicated, charged or convicted of fraud? Name one person who knows him that doesn't speak of him in the highest regards?
