The beneficial ownership stated in the Everton accounts supports the filings at Companies House that BK owns beneficially 100% of Bill Kenwright 1878 Ltd.
The rest of what you say is your opinion, which I respect your right to hold, but disagree with as it would involve a conspiracy involving auditors, board members and CEO's past and present.

The type of personality it would take to pull off that fraud would have been able to build two new grounds and sell the club three or four times during BK's tenure. Bill seems like a generally risk-averse person. That's maybe my biggest problem with the accusation. Is he a bumbler, a fumbler, and even a liar? Maybe. Is he a conniving fraudster? Doesn't seem all that likely.

The evidence points toward him being a man who is out of his depth financially, doing what he is convinced is the best thing for the club.
The whole board strike me as being risk averse and this, along with continuity, would explain the appointment of Robert Elstone, the Kitbag and Sodexo deals, both of which in my opinion were good for the club at the time.
Whilst I would embrace change, sooner rather than later, I think that in certain respects BK doesn't get credit for keeping the club going, but gets berated at every turn for his cock-ups.
Fraudster, definitely not, but does come across as not on top of things at times.

This is how I feel. There's a large difference between incompetence and deliberate criminal activity

I don't know him personally, but @ToffeeDan's been here a long time, is a respected poster and is known by quite a few members on here.

Its just a stupid pointless post...

"HEY LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME".....

Then if theres any tiny bit of news:

"I WAS RIGHT I WAS RIGHT"

He's just passing on a bit of what he's been told, which he believes to be correct. I've no idea if it's right or not, and I'm always wary of anything which has a timeframe attached, because stuff tends to happen with business deals to delay things, but he's not the type to post something to try and look clever or to wind folk up.

If you dont want to jeapordise or go public on this then why post anything, yet actually youve said nothing?

"Guess what, ive heard something but i cant tell you"...

Its been rumoured for a while there will be some news in or before Feb...
