Administration a minor worry? Would nuclear Armageddon get you to perspire?
I'm as frustrated as the next man, but at the same time I really don't think it's worth getting myself all hot and sweaty over, Armageddon included. Besides, I think we're a long way off from doing a Portsmouth, if that's what you're implying.

You sourced, lad?[/QUOTE]

No, but there is no way that would not be public knowledge if it were true. Doesn't mean we might not have come close though...

I think you will find I didnt even say the sale of Rooney made us NOT go into administration, thus meaning I dont have to prove sheet to you.

Good Day to you Sir.

Well ideally we want a billionaire Evertonian ( Is there even such a person in the world )

I dont doubt for a minute BK's love for Everton but it's clouded his judgment over the years and has landed us in a mess.

People talk about Randy Lerner but he's not done a lot for Villa they have sold their best players year after year and the money they spend is from player sales.

Portsmouth, Birmingham, Blackburn, Southampton, Red ****e, West Ham have all been taken over in recent years and have struggled one way or another.

So, if there's no billionaire, stick with Bill and stay mid-table until "the bubble bursts" and Everton catch up with the games power houses?

We been waiting 10 years for this bubble to burst, whos blowing this thing up? Jordan?

Wont happen. It's like a fairy tale the apologists tell themselves. Football requires massive investment - hence Bill Kenwright's hamstrung Everton are mediocre.

For gods sake- why does it always have to get personal.

Anyway...

Did anyone catch the 5 Live 'debate' on Everton tonight?

Basically Jonathan Pearce said he knows personally that Kenwright has 4 seperate agencies trying to sell the club and are trawling the world to find them.

They said alot without saying anything- The club needs investment, the club needs a redeveloped/new stadium, Moyes must be getting frustrated, Baines had a good season, we need to start better.

No sh1t Sherlock.

I just want to know whether Everton are in administration or not? Surely it's not too much to ask for Kenwright to make that sort of thing clear?
The board aren't exactly gonna come out and say we're goosed and if they/we were in administration I would've thought we'd heard something from the press by now.

What is the option ?

Other clubs someohow manage a point inbetween some oriental gambling syndicate running heroin through the club, and a Billionaire like City's/Chelsea's.

Stoke and Sunderland's chairmen have pumped cash in. Joe Lewis has done it at Spurs. Wolves' chairman has run a decent ship. It remains to be seen what happens over the long course with Villa.

Maybe Everton could do it too? Or maybe we should keep with Bill unitl he's 90 odd and Everrton are playing in the Liverpool Business House League?
