Let me say that I truly love this club but, at times it seems like its run the same as some African states. There is no tranparency or proper communication to the the people, its rather just shut up and see what our "dictators" do. We are the ones spending our money and they cant even talk to us.

To be honest im fed up of the way things are being run at the club. Probably dont think that Moyes will extend his contract either. Personaly I wouldnt spend a cent at the club until I knew what is going to happen to it.

BK dont be more of an idiot than you already are, the fans fill your seats at the games and the fans are the most important people. No fans no club !!!!!

I guarantee people would still clap his face on the screen now. In some ways it would do us good to have only Naismith as our signing and selling a few so that those who still support Bill coz hes a blue would see what him and his regime are all about.

As some have said, if there was no such thing as Bill Kenwright and it was foreign owners running the club like him and his board are, they would be hounded out.

I wonder if the club are pushing players out the door to make the magic happen with the debts owed.

Seems things are unravelling at the club which could be a result of desperate measures to shift players out.

The sad reality is the majority of fans seem content with the current board.

As long as we are on the Premier League gravy train the current board and majority of fans will be happy enough.

DO PEOPLE KNOW THAT KENWRIGHT LOST £3M AT A CASINO IN LONDON LAST YEAR. AND AS A RESULT WE HAD TO SELL PLAYERS.

NO?????

It's not illegal for a director to take money out of a business he owns a share of. Just morally reprehensible when he's telling every man and his dog he's the worlds biggest blue.

Something tells me you don't know what fraud is.

Go on then, explain how an unpaid director with no recorded loans to the ltd company uses ltd company funds to pay a private debt causing harm to that limited company while leaving no trace in the accounts WITHOUT committing fraud.

The only route he can do that is if he can no longer guarantee a loan he is guarantor for (though I'm pretty sure as a guarantor he needs to be declared in the accounts as well). In which case it is nobodies business how he became fiscally embarrassed, just that he is.

And yes, I am well aware what constitutes corporate fraud through abuse of position

somebody once said that goodison would fail it,s saftey certificate on national TV. it did,nt, it has,nt and someone never applogised for that but hey why let a groundmove and pottential shareholder uplift get in the way of that small trifle.

Who says it was HIS money ? There are plenty of ways around it without it being considered fraudulent activity.
