Christmas Rumor from the tinternet

Been out with, what I believe to be, a genuine ITK pal tonight ...... he's a City fan. Was in the box with "our lot" at the Etihad. He is adamant we are incredibly close to a buy out. Via a "sovereign fund" group. When he asked who, he was told "not as big as this lot (sic), but bigger than anyone else".

He also said Woods owns way more than people think, his mate ( he just wouldn't discuss further ) also owns 10 per cent and Bill owns #### all. His words. But, like he said, they are all in for the gravy train if it comes off.

He's a real football lad, Mr X. I know he wouldn't lie.

Let the hope keep killing you, in the meantime :>) ...

should one of the board members in the near future snuff it, I wonder would their be an ambromavich style buy of their shares or would kenwright buy them even though "desperate" cough cough to sell
