Not Safe For Work! The Fit Birds Thread MK2

Scooter mate, Scooter, moped have pedals and are, iirc, limited to 50cc...although nowadays the term is more loosely appied to all small motorbikey things.
If its original it looks like a 125 or150cc, Lambretta Ld from the early 60s.
I had a blue and white (obvs) TV 200, none of those mirrors and crap though, bored out to 225cc, went like stuff of a shovel, could do wheelies with it. Could get to 85mph on the flat but I used it for rallying and motocross
It's not an LD, the headlamp wasn't on the handlebars on the LD or the LI series 1. I had a 1957 LD for a bit.

It's an LI series 2 I reckon.

The TV200 is a beauty of a scooter, lucky you. My mate used to have a GP200 bored out to 225 IIRC. It was ridiculous, Doing 70-80mph on those tiny little wheels was bloody terrifying lol

I did go with Li at the start, but the 2 separate seats kidded me into changing it.
I spent a fortune in time and money on mine, Ancelotti straight through racing exhaust, plugged the crank, skimmed the head, filed the ports, up jetted the carb, bought special high grade 2 stroke oil that allowed you to run it at 50 / 60+ to 1 ratio. Only put 101 octane petrol in it...when I could afford it.

Edit; its a wonder I didn't kill myself, riding round like an idiot as I did then
