I've said repeatedly on here, I think whoever owns Everton is intentionally kicking the can.

Like so;

We'll see more can kicking IMO - ways to get money into the club until restrictions lifted or a suitable (silly oil money), buyer wades in.

God knows mate, for a long time I figured 777 was a way to kick the can as I wasn't convinced Usmanov/Moshiri was ready to walk away.

Honestly think if sanctions were lifted, they'd keep the club.

The reason why I think this is based on how long they allowed 777 to drag on for, despite plenty of interest.
