If Friedkin is playing silly buggers, its not a good look on them when we're in the transfer window and need a takeover sorting ASAP.

He's negotiating a deal that works for him like any hard nosed businessman would, and he is willing to walk away if he doesn't or can't get a deal he wants. He doesn't, and shouldn't, care about or have any responsibility about about the football transfers of a business he doesn't own.

It is if they end up with less debt and more free money due to paying less to say Moshiri/writing some off with 777 etc.
We’re still operating as normal (signed N’Diaye and not rushing to flog Branthwaite undervalue) so if they were to complete a deal two weeks later but see us and them in a better position it would be beneficial

So we've gone from a very steady, reasonable buyer in Friedkin, to potentially A-Cap, Bell & Downing.

It's like we've just been on the price is right and getting the "here's what you could have won", and instead we get a company toiled in their own fraud case.
