Just watch the amount of snot bubble blowing ex players come out the woodwork now that we have a real future. In the meantime, proper fellas like big Nev and Stubbsy have being calling this circus club for sometime, get these fellas involved somehow to hold this new board to our standards, and bin the bootlickers.
You mean the "Stubbsy" who basically sold Wayne Rooney out from under us?

Dan Friedkin will inject more cash into Everton on top of his previous loan before he receives Premier League approval to complete the deal, Ben Jacobs reports.

According to the talkSPORT journalist via X on 23 September the American is to provide more “operational and stadium financing” in the eight to 12 week window it is expected to take for the league to give the go ahead.

One thing that's very noticeable.

The people they brought into Roma in senior positions were young mate.

DoF was mid 30s, CEO similar.

We sure as hell won't be getting fossilised appointments on the BoD
I'm all in on this , clean sweep top to bottom with fresh pure business idea's & forward thinking.
All the luvvies will now disappear and the likes of Moyes will never get a sniff here again.
Yep I'm all in.

She's not Italian mate, she's Greek and only moved to Italy two years ago. Given she's recieving death threats from Roma 'fans' then I'd say she'd be kinda open to leaving the country.
Yeah I know she isn't but she is going to want to look after her kids first and foremost and if they are settled in schools then it might make a difference, we will see. For what its worth I don't think she comes here, I think it will be others and then I think Thelwell and Dyche go at the end of the season.

Transfer budget

In the main I am more positive than negative about this.

Wiping out the worst parts of the debt is absolutely what the club needs but it has to be accompanied by continuing the same restraint we have shown over the past few years in terms of buying players. What Thelwell (and Dyche, to be fair to him) have done is nearly complete the job of purging the squad and reducing the wage bill to an acceptable level. This has to continue and we cannot go back to the times of paying vast sums for crap, which is in essence what doomed the Moshiri regime and will doom this one.

Get us in to the new ground, have a proper control over finances and an eye on developing cheap talent (youth and lower league players) and they will do better than alright. If they try to make an impact it will probably go wrong again.

Interesting that Friedkin is on the European Club Association board.

A proper heavy-hitter.

One of the best indicators of our decline over the last 35 years is just how invisible the club has been in European football politics terms. We were, literally, left behind.
So was Josh Wander, so does that make being on the ECA board a good thing or a bad thing?

I presume, it is having ownership in a European club, and 'allegedly' in Wander's case, having a very full and bulging wallet...

They knew each other from the ECA mate a both were members - it's why Friedkin we t out of his way to get her from Olympiacos.

I'm guessing he'll bring her here now too
Soulouku was friend of Al Khelaifi and he suggested to Dan Friedkin to hire Soulouku. Friedkin and Al Khelaifi are close friends and partners in the hotel resorts business. Soulouku has contacts with the Arab world and was the one who negotiated the arrival of the 25 million Rihad season sponsor through the Arab manager Al Turki. Soulouku favored a partnership between Roma and the Saudi League. Sold Ibanez, Aouar, Smalling, Joao Costa, arrival in Rome of the Arab Abdulamid paid by the Arabs
